ROCK

Colorado National Monument

Guided Rock Climbing in the Colorado National Monument!

Just outside of Grand Junction, the Colorado National Monument rises out of the high desert in a maze of sculpted sandstone walls, splitter cracks, and freestanding towers.

The Monument pairs naturally with trips to & from Moab, The San Juan Mountains, and other Western Slope climbing zones. For climbers moving through the Grand Junction area, the Monument offers something increasingly rare: space, solitude, and classic desert climbing without crowds. It’s definitely worth the stop!

Grand Junction is an often-overlooked basecamp offering quick access to wild desert terrain without sacrificing comfort or ease. With flights into Grand Junction Regional Airport, you can land and be climbing in under 30 minutes, while still enjoying good food, quality lodging, and a laid-back town feel.
