Ally Bloom joined Cirque Guides in 2025 as Office Manager, bringing her love for the mountains to the heart of our operations. She first moved to the San Juans in 2020 to work for the Ouray Ice Park, and quickly found herself woven into the fabric of the mountain community. Now based in Durango, Ally keeps our operations running smoothly while spending her free time climbing, running, practicing yoga, and connecting with the people who make this region so special.
